Operations Coordinator

Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, supplies, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.

What you'll do:

Coordination of all inbound goods with all departments including Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Transportation.
Ensure the accuracy of all receiving documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and filing.
Responsible for the compliance of the inbound schedule and freight shipments with warehouse operations.
Coordinate all company fleet pickups with Logistics and Transportation teams.
Responsible for monitoring daily receiving process.
Responsible for reporting all changes to the delivery schedule.
Ensure freight is clear from the receiving dock systematically and physically.
Verification of all BOLs for receipt of goods.
Verification of all PO confirmations.
Monitor all Recall and FDA holds.
Administrative facility and internal supplies monitoring and ordering.
Support the coordination of contractors and vendors as needed.
Administrative transportation responsibilities.

About you:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 months of related experience
Computer skills
