Job Summary

Performs varied secretarial and administrative duties for a commercial door service company as directed by Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Owners.

Job Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma Experience: 1-2 years of related experience

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication, Service orientation, Administration, Clerical

General Responsibilities

Customer Service/Communications

  • Answer phones and handle accordingly
  • Call to schedule installs with customers
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes
  • Respond to documentation requests (i.e. W-9s, COIs, etc.)
  • Handle customer issues and escalate as necessary
  • Follow-up with customers after completion

Service Intake and Documentation

  • Accept new calls
  • Create service tickets and print/compile other necessary documents
  • Input customers and new estimates into QuickBooks
  • Ensure call is properly input into process
  • Dispatch new calls to Service Techs
  • Prepare/organize documents for following day

Other Responsibilities

  • Collections
  • Filing
  • Light office cleaning and organization
  • Minor personal assistant duties
  • Other duties as assigned
