Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Massena. The primary responsibilities include completing patient assessments, establishing care plans, administering treatment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited program with an active NYS OT license or limited permit as per NYS Practice Act guidelines. Preferred qualifications include a MA O.T. and BLS certification.
Responsibilities

- Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in education and training
- Perform additional documentation
Education and Certifications
Physical Requirements: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
Pay Range: $28.37 - $52.88
