Occupational Therapist - Patient Care Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Synchrony Health Services. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve their full potential and improve their functional abilities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible results.

• Current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Preferred: Current valid CPR certification.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
