Claims and Licensing Administrator Tower Loan is searching for a

full-time Claims and Licensing Administrator

to join our team.

The Claims and Licensing Administrator is responsible for processing insurance claims, maintaining insurance licenses, and managing insurance company related invoices.

$18.00 per hour (depending on experience) Responsibility Summary:

Adjudicate credit insurance claims timely with superior service to policyholders and beneficiaries. License and maintain personnel and entities for all states (team members do specific states) in which American Federated insurance is sold through the Tower Loan branch network. Answer phone, emails, and process mail Maintain office supplies Ad hoc/recurring reports and miscellaneous requests of management Perform accounts payable function for insurance companies Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of MS Office products Time management, multi-tasking, detail oriented, and good communication Claims experience preferred Basic accounting experience preferred. This position is located in Flowood, MS. The employee will report daily to our corporate location.

Work Schedule:

Work Schedule: M-F; 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
