The ideal candidate for this role will assist the site manager in maintaining a structured work environment that benefits both the employees and customer. You will act as a liaison between the site supervisor and other staff, ensuring that procedures are being followed, while also suggesting ideas for streamlining processes.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise a large group of employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Perform administrative tasks under the guidance of the supervisor, such as documenting procedures, creating reports, as well as Time Sheets for keeping records of employee hours and attendance.
- Assist the supervisor in hiring new personnel by reviewing site needs.
- Participate in company trainings and meetings in order to help the company move forward.
- Train new hires on the job or as directed by supervisor.
- Bring any employee concerns to the supervisor in order to ensure company morale.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual(Spanish and English)
- Standard computer skills
- Leadership background
- Reliable transportation with a valid Drivers License
- Strong oral and written skills
- Experience with coordination and supervision of a large group of diverse people
- Safety Guidelines Knowledge
- Organized
- Tractor and forklift experience
- Willingness to learn new things
- Not afraid of heights.
The ideal Candidate will be working Monday-Friday with the possibility of working the weekends and overtime depending in the season.
Starting pay for this position is $20 per hour depending on experience. We also offer Insurance such as Medical, Dental, and Vision. We offer weekly pay!
