Job Title: Weekend Nurse Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Weekend Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services.
Responsibilities:- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, to ensure effective and efficient care delivery.
- Implement and maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, adhering to state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Current RN licensure in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Recent clinical experience in geriatrics or a related field.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
