Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
