Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a medical surgical unit, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a medical surgical unit
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-coordinated patient care
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs
- BLS Provider certification
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing
- One year of RN experience in an acute care setting
- One year of recent experience in a medical surgical unit
This position requires travel to multiple locations, including Alabama, Illinois, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.
