Job Description
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Salary: $54,857 / year
New Hire Sign On Bonus :$3000: $1500 at 9 months, $1500 at 12 months
As a Site Manager (SM), you will oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations a residential or day program that provide support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In your role you will work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives by building independence skills.
Site Managers ensure proper standards and regulations set forth by funding sources are adhered to, and that quality standards for the individuals in the home are being met. Additional responsibilities include managing staff, developing relationships with community members, and liaising with clinical and nursing teams to develop and manage individuals' Individual Action Plans (IAP).

Requirements
A minimum of three years' experience in human services
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related preferred. In some cases, experience may be substituted for academic training.
