PER DIEM RN

RN NEEDED FOR PER DIEM WORK;
• NYS Registered Nurse
• This is a position that would go between facilities in the region
• Must have recent experience performing and entering UAS assessments for adult patients (preferably in an assisted living setting)
o Assessments must be done in person during hours that are acceptable to the home/residents
o Paperwork can be potentially done remotely
• Prefer to have experience doing 4449c, MD order and interim order paperwork
• Experience in the Assisted living setting strongly preferred
• Experience in doing UAS assessment to achieve RUG scores as it relates to physical/occupational/ speech therapy STRONGLY preferred
• Experience with OASIS assessments preferred but not required
Salary: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
