We are currently seeking a motivated Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA-C) to join our cohesive team in a full-time role with no weekend or holiday shifts. This role involves following up with patients with complex endocrinology disorders, with a primary focus on diabetes management. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity for mentorship and onboarding, use of tailored EPIC templates, and dedicated administrative time. Qualifications
- Eligibility for licensure in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
- Preference for candidates with endocrinology/diabetes experience
