Our hospital has been committed to providing patients quality medical treatment in the Lake Region area and surrounding communities since 1902.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Patient Care:</li><ul><li>Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.</li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.</li><li>Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.</li></ul><li>Communication:</li><ul><li>Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.</li><li>Provide clear and concise medical information.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.</li></ul><li>Documentation:</li><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.</li><li>Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.</li><li>Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.</li></ul><li>Diagnostic Procedures:</li><ul><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.</li><li>Perform procedures as needed</li><li>Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.</li></ul><li>Team Collaboration:</li><ul><li>Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.</li><li>Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.</li></ul><li>Quality Improvement:</li><ul><li>Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.</li><li>Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.</li></ul></ul><br><b>Compensation Information:</b><br>$59.5 / Hourly - $59.5 / Hourly<br><br>Starting At: 59.5 Hourly<br>Up To: 65.76 Hourly
