Pay is between $24- $30 per hour with a shift differential of the following:

Weekday (Mon-Friday)
1st shift (7a-3p) $0.00
2nd Shift (3p-11p) $0.50
3rd Shift (11p-7a) $1.00

Weekend (Sat, Sun)
1st shift (7a-3p) $0.50
2nd Shift (3p-11p) $1.00
3rd Shift (11p-7a) $1.50

Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse plays an essential role in the delivery of treatment at Pyramid Healthcare. The
primary function of this role is providing direct nursing services to clients in adult substance-use disorder and/or
mental health treatment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions, as applicable
• Medication administration
• Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols
• Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol
• Provide medication education to clients
• Coordinate and support Medical providers with assessments and medication management
appointments
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Licensure, Education, & Experience
• Current unencumbered LPN/ RN license in state of practice required.
• Current CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid required.
• One year of experience in a behavioral health treatment setting preferred.
• Background in Substance Use Treatment and Co-occurring Disorders preferred.
