About the role We are looking for a motivated Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Sarajevo, BiH. This role requires a proactive approach to account management and new business sales. You will work with global leaders in Cybersecurity and Data center portfolio. You will be responsible for creating new opportunities and increasing sales. As the Business Development Manager, you will: Identify new business opportunities – including sales of new and existing technology solutions within the Exclusive network's portfolio (HPE, Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, Huawei), as well as growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services Generate leads and prospective customers Meet with customers/clients and increase customer base Prepare business development strategy and customer relationship plan Manage the sales pipeline and prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analysis QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About you Bachelor's degree (Electrotechnics, IT, Traffic, Engineering, Economy, Management) At least five years of experience as a BDM or similar position in the ICT industry High level of networking and software market and technologies Strong communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills Hands-on management approach with a high level of responsibility Willing to work independently within a multinational environment Advanced English language and MS Office knowledge WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?
