New Product Development Program Manager

Responsible for overseeing new product development projects.<p>Provide feedback and critical action needed to project and champions to keep projects on track.<p>Lead Engineering Coordinator to support NPD program, processes and systems.<p>Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.<p>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.<p>Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.<p>Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.<p>Ensure resource availability and allocation.<p>Report and escalate to leadership as needed.<p>Implementation and management of effective risk management process through the project life cycle. Manage project documentation to include project status updates (frequency determined by project) and post-project checks to ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to guidelines.<p>Implement and manage lessons learned and best practices.<p>Ensure safe work practices are followed and safety reviews are conducted as required.<p>Ensure project team is following and using ORBIS standard project management tools and following standard work procedures for NPD.<p>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for NPD processes and documents and implement improvements.<p>Develop metrics and reporting for key stakeholders of the NPD process<p>Managing and building relationships and project skills within project team and associated stakeholders.<p>Responsible for corporate level Project Management training materials, training curriculum and facilitating annual training sessions. <img src="https://ars2.equest.com/? response_id=594fbb8426ee7d4477baf7555ebeaabb&view" alt=" " width="1" height="1"/>
