This unit sees hip, knee replacements and mulitple revisions, and amputation surgeries as well, shoulder total and partial replacements, Wound vacs, stryker drains and hemovac drains. The neurosurgery populatoin is a more critically stable patient population and includes complex spine, craniotomy, deep brain stimulators, pain pumps, baclofen pumps, and ICP monitoring on the floor and not in the ICU.
