Network Infrastructure Specialist

Join our team as a Network Infrastructure Specialist and play a key role in maintaining and improving our network and telephony systems! You will also work closely with other technology teams to ensure seamless operations. This position is based at our Green Bay, WI Corporate location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Cisco computer networks, including hardware and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and system issues.
• Replace faulty network hardware components as needed.
• Define and monitor network performance.
• Collaborate with end users to address existing network issues.
• Lead the implementation of new network solutions and improve current network efficiency.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless environments.
• Coordinate scheduled upgrades of network equipment.
• Investigate network faults.
• Travel out of state when required.
• Demonstrate dependability and flexibility when necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Expert-level understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
• Proficient in visualizing solutions to complex problems.
• Expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices.
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation.
• Quick learning ability for new technology and products.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
