Network Associate (Intern)

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Project Star: Collaborate directly with our dynamic project team, providing essential insights on system design and capabilities, and keeping everyone in the loop with your progress reports.
• On-Site Heroics: Take charge of on-premises circuit turn-ups, coordinate exciting equipment installations and upgrades, and assist in crafting and perfecting wireless designs.
• Hands-On Action: From replacing gear and patching in cabling to serving as our “remote hands” for equipment configuration—your technical prowess will shine.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Jump into the fray with troubleshooting and resolving enterprise network issues, and get involved in site-walks that can lead to new sales opportunities.
• Travel Adventures: With up to 75% travel (including extended stays) during school breaks, you’ll have the chance to see new places and work in diverse environments.

• Top-Tier Support: Deliver exceptional, concierge-level technical support and customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and text.
• Diagnostic Detective: Use your skills to troubleshoot remotely, log events, and provide valuable feedback to our internal teams.

• Networking Know-How: Basic experience with LAN, WAN, WiFi, IP networks, and protocols.
• Low Voltage Skills: Knowledge of low voltage standards and troubleshooting techniques.
• Equipment Handling: Ability to install, mount, and manage network equipment, with the strength to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Education: High school diploma or GED and currently pursuing a relevant degree or training.
