<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Configure and install network devices replacing old or in concert with new site activation.</li><li>Carry out installations, configurations, and tests in accordance to change management processes and policies.</li><li>Conduct network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose complex network problems and provide end users with support for network related issues, or as directed by function manager.</li><li>Partner with other IT and operations/engineering functions, where required, to troubleshoot and resolve issues.</li><li>Escalate issues with broader implications for entire network to more senior network engineers and function manager.</li><li>Utilize monitoring tools to capture and analyze network traffic, maintain uptime, generate usage reports, spot trends, and report any anomalies to function manager.</li><li>Work with management and vendors to develop and implement new solutions according to business requirements and in line with the standards and solutions' best practices.</li><li>Support and adhere to Company's Code of Conduct, ethics policy, standard operating procedures, change management and all other company specific or departmental policies.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong> We value the skills and experiences candidates bring to the table. While we have listed some qualifications below, we encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet all of them:<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational and/or work experience</li><li>5+ years of experience in related infrastructure network engineering and network administration work.</li><li>Excellent understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, DmVPN and SDWAN and a good understanding of network industry standards and security practices.</li><li>Understanding of wireless network design, configuration, troubleshooting, and evolution (Cisco preferred)</li><li>Understanding of campus LAN design, implementation, operations, and troubleshooting</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL</li><li>Familiar with working on:</li><li>Cisco Nexus core switches</li><li>Cisco Edge switches</li><li>Cisco Routers.</li><li>Cisco Internet and Datacenter Firewalls (FMCs, FTDs. ASAs)</li><li>Cisco ISE</li><li>Cisco WLC</li><li>Cisco Meraki</li><li>RADIUS</li><li>Strong IPv4 experience</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Cisco certifications like CCNA and/or CCNP are a plus</li><li>ITIL certification is a plus</li></ul><br><strong>Skills:</strong><br><br><ul><li>The ability to work independently as part of a global team while partnering with application owners, technical business units, data center services vendors and other diverse areas within IT on an ongoing basis.</li><li>Positive team-first attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Must possess sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Strong work ethic and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Physical requirements on file in Occupational Health.</li></ul>
