  • Looking for Senior level .net developer
  • 2 primary applications it supports. One is viper and one is structured deal database.
  • Viper is more primary and eventually want to consolidate structured deal under it.
  • both applications are .net and C#. some components in private cloud, are slated for public in a while.
  • Data access layer in the cloud for viper.
  • Trying to jump back in to do UI re-write this year in react and get it ready for cloud as well. Trying to get POC off the ground but team doesn't have any experience in react and on top of this short staffed.
  • 2 resources currently, more Sr. one is structured deal based in knowledge and the other is lead on Viper application and jr dev primarily on viper application.
  • 4 offshore contractors and relatively new and had turnover in the offshore team.
  • Looking for a Sr. (almost co lead) C2H on the viper team so can build the team up. Staff it so it can be two scrum teams. Hoping to get another mid-level this summer.
Viper application - support Global Corporate Trust.
  • Viper interacts with Arcaria.
  • Viper supports corporate municipal part of corporate trust.
  • For global corporate trust if take corporate municipal and take most basic municipal bond.
  • Ex your city wants to do a bond issue to build a bridge.
  • People buy the bonds, and it funds the construction and collect taxes to pay back the bond holders. They act as the trustee and paying agent on those funds, they hold them in accounts that are invested, and they hold fees and make money in the transaction. Redemption notices
  • Arcaria sits front end to their trust accounting system where they hold the money and where it gets paid out of. Viper and structured deals manage the workflow from payments to the bond holders.
  • .Net/C# and also some exposure to react if can't get it will still consider them.
  • Front end around 25-30%, this year heavier but ongoing basis usually not that much.
  • Offshore is taking on more of that front end.
