Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist with 1-3 years of experience to join their dynamic Radiology team in Southeastern New Mexico. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality MRI images to our physicians, contributing to accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care.
This is a multi-specialty clinic with 11 providers and over 150 employees, serving as a cornerstone of healthcare in the region since 2008. Their commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care is reflected in their diverse specialties and dedicated team.
  • Excellent Work-Life Balance:
    • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Essential Functions:
  • Perform MRI procedures according to protocols
  • Maintain quality control and adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Establish positive relationships with patients and staff
  • Explain procedures, ensure safety, and position patients for optimal imaging
  • Monitor patients and equipment during scans
  • Identify abnormalities and irregularities in images
  • Document work processes and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Associate degree (minimum)
  • Completion of an accredited Radiology program
  • ARRT registration and NM State license
  • Current BLS or ACLS certification
  • 3-5 years of MRI experience preferred
  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
