Assesses patient's needs and establishes priorities of care. Reviews patient medical and social history. Determines appropriate nursing actions to achieve positive patient outcomes. Evaluates course of action in a timely manner to ascertain effectiveness of nursing interventions. Must have current RN license in the state of North Carolina, minimum of 2 years experience, ER experience and BLS required, ACLS / PALS preferred.
