Maternity Solution Specialist

The Maternity Solution Specialist serves as the preliminary contact for members and their families via incoming phone calls and emails. Ensures appropriate member information with accuracy with exceptional customer service in guiding the member all the way through post-partum. Performs a variety of administrative duties in support to the Christian Healthcare Ministry's maternity team. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of CHM.<br><br><strong>What's in it for you? </strong><br><br><ul><li>Compensation based on experience.</li><li>Faith and purpose-based career opportunity!</li><li>Fully paid health benefits</li><li>Retirement and Life Insurance</li><li>12 paid holidays PLUS birthday</li><li>Lunch is provided DAILY.</li><li>Professional Development</li><li>Paid Training</li></ul><br><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong><br><br><ul><li>Assist member inquiries via phone and email with time sensitivity in mind.</li><li>Examine medical bill information to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Verify and/or update member information as needed.</li><li>Review member concerns and provide escalation to management when necessary.</li><li>Connect members with Nurse Navigator for quality providers.</li><li>An understanding of the components of a Maternity Global Fee/Stork Package and the information required for CHM to process.</li><li>Thrive in a team environment and work well with others.</li><li>Always maintain a professional demeanor</li></ul><br><strong>Experience Requirements</strong><br><br><ul><li>HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam</li><li>Able to operate a PC, including working with information systems/applications.</li><li>Previous experience with Microsoft Office programs</li><li>Experience operating routine office equipment (i.e., faxes, copy machines, printers, multi-line telephones, etc.).</li><li>Medical background is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Maternity Global Fee/Stork Package preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening to provide exceptional customer service.</li><li>Compensation commensurate on experience</li><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.</li><li>Perform other job duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><br><strong>About Christian Healthcare Ministries</strong><br><br>Founded in 1981, Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) is a health care sharing ministry for Christians.
