Gill Group, Inc. is currently seeking an enthusiastic Market Analyst to join our expanding team at our Dexter, Missouri location. This position is not a remote position.<br><br>The purpose of the Market Analyst is to be resourceful and efficient in finding comparable data for any given property we are tasked to valuate. The Market Analyst is an Entry Level, but Key Role here at Gill Group. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to learning and has a passion for vertical movement within our company.<br><br>A successful Market Analyst must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand our clients' requirements and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>&bull; Cold Calling to Gather Comparable Information - As the primary function of a Market Analyst, this responsibility involves finding and arranging data comparable to a specific property for valuation. This includes utilizing multiple software systems such as REIS Software, EIS, CoStar, HUD Pages, QuickBase and Google Search Engine.<br>&bull; Telephone Communication - It is the Market Analyst's responsibility to call multiple agencies to obtain necessary information for the valuation of properties. A Market Analyst be on the phone 7+ hours of their workday. You will be responsible for asking pertinent questions to obtain the required information.<br>&bull; Team Communication - Market Analyst must work directly with Senior staff regarding specific information needed for each property assigned to them for data compilation.<br>&bull; Data Organization - It is the duty of Market Analyst to organize the data compiled for properties assigned to them in a timely manner in the organization's server / software.<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>&bull; Proven experience as Market Analyst or equivalent cold calling / sales / customer service role.<br>&bull; Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.<br>&bull; Excellent communication and presentation skills.<br>&bull; Proficient in English.<br>&bull; Persistent and results oriented.<br>&bull; Patient and able to manage rejection.<br>&bull; Mathematical Skills.<br>&bull; Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.<br>&bull; Firm grasp of digital data and file management systems.<br>&bull; 1 year of Administrative / Office experience.<br>&bull; Associate Degree Required.<br>&bull; Bachelor's Degree Preferred.<br><br>Pay will depend on experience and education.
