Reports To: GM and Owners

Supervises: Shift Leaders and Team Members Training will be required at our Mount Orab Location from time of hire until the transition to our Maysville location.

General Purpose of Position: As part of the management team, a Manager works directly with the GM and Owners to ensure the day-to-day management and operations expectations of the store are being met. The Manager helps with implementing strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business in an effort to increase profitability. A Manager is a leader and must have the ability to make informed decisions, solve problems in a critical and diligent manner, and effectively manage the store when the GM and Owners are not present.

Responsibilities/Duties

· Responsible for ensuring the highest level of efficiency and organization amongst all store processes and procedures.

· Assists with hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members.

· Responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures regarding food safety and cleanliness are being completed to company standards.

· Responsible for the execution and organization of all paperwork relating to store operations and procedures to include scheduling, hiring, ordering, inventory, etc.

· Oversees compliance of team members with established company policies and standards.

· Maintains store appearance and product presentation to company standards.

· Upholds specific department goals, cleanliness, organization, aesthetic appeal, and inventory management.

· Works with GM and Owners to schedule for optimum effectiveness and profitability.

· Provides support to team members during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise.

· Processes sales transactions, returns, and special orders, and ensures that all related documentation is accurate and complete.

· Ensures safekeeping of all property.

· Works to prevent damage and theft of merchandise.

· Assists in management of sales floor and staff.

· Keeps Owners, GM, fellow managers, and shift leaders well informed of activities and significant issues.

· Ability to develop and train workforce, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.

· Ability to provide outstanding customer service.

· Ability to manage store operations effectively and efficiently.

· Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to staff members.

· Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Requirements

· Available to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Availability to work the hours necessary to open and/or close the store.
