<p><strong>Here are some of the great benefits that we offer:</strong></p> <ul><li>Competitive wage</li> <li>Company paid health and dental benefits</li> <li>Paid vacation and productivity bonus</li> <li>Defined Contribution Pension Plan with company match </li> <li>Opportunity for career stability and growth</li> <li>Tuition reimbursement program</li> <li>Flexibility with start and end times (depending on circumstances and position)</li> <li>Protective personal equipment is provided or cost of purchase is reimbursed</li> <li>Affinity group for women (dependent on location)</li> <li>On the job training</li> </ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul><li><span>Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System to meet ISO requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Establish and enforce quality specifications for raw materials, in process and finished product by interfacing with the vendors and customers as well as Operations, Customer Care, and Purchasing Departments.</span></li> <li><span>Interact with QA Personnel to ensure status of quality system can be accurately communicated to Operation personnel.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain and administer the Quality Systems Manual and Quality Control Manual.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain confidential information with regard to Samuel’s customers.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain ISO, ASME, DOT, and other Quality Certifications, including those sponsored by customers.</span></li> <li><span>Communicate with customers regarding Quality issues.</span></li> <li><span>Conduct yearly reviews for Quality Personal.</span></li> <li><span>Professionalism and respect at all times with internal and external customers.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinates internal and external audits. </span></li> <li><span>Helps implement new ideas for the QPSI program. </span></li> <li><span>Analysis X-Ray data, hold tickets, and request for trainings. </span></li> <li><span>Monitor and maintain NDE program and certifications for Quality Personal.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:</strong></span></p> <ul><li><span>Microsoft Applications</span></li> <li><span>Must have a general understanding of measuring instruments use such as calipers, micrometers, ultrasound gauge, thread gauges, etc.</span></li> <li><span>Must have a good understanding of x-ray theory.</span></li> <li><span>Must have basic knowledge of ERP Systems.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS: </strong></span></p> <ul><li><span>Ability to work will in a fast paced environment to meet team expectations.</span></li> <li><span>Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures. </span></li> <li><span>Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.</span></li> <li><span>Must have a basic understanding of blue prints.</span></li> <li><span>Good communication skills.</span></li> <li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Discipline and 5 - 7 years’ relevant experience or Associate’s Degree and 8 - 10 years relevant experience.  Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent reading/interpretation skills.</span></li> </ul> <p>Work experience in related industry is an asset but even if you do not have this, we still want you to apply.
