• POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Electrical Engineers at a senior level to join our team in Sturgis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of electrical engineers to deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance technical excellence with strong interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical engineering solutions with overall project goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing large and complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and electrical simulation software.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

• This is an on-site position based in Sturgis, with no remote option available. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the team and other stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
