SUMMARY
Required to perform maintenance, rebuild and repair of all equipment devices. Able to work in a team environment. Strong skills in trouble shooting and problem solving. Must have a structured
work ethic.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Installation and repair of all production machines, robots, electrical devices, controls, hydraulic and pneumatic components as well as utilities
- Analyze failures or equipment technical loss causes, and make or suggest improvements as needed
- Adhere to policies, daily work place organization & housekeeping; health and safety commitment; personal cleanliness & appearance; attendance & punctuality plus 100% first time quality commitment.
- Document completed work
- Conduct duties in a safe manner, follow all safety procedures.
COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE
- · Working knowledge of robots, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors and drives.
- · Must be able to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
- · PLC programming experience a plus.
- · Welding experience (MIG/TIG) a plus
- · Experience working with machine shop equipment a plus
