POSITION SUMMARY
Your role as a Maintenance Technician is vital in keeping our property in top shape! Your responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment throughout the property, and within guest suites. Safety is key, and your expertise will help us achieve our business goals. Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Offer immediate repairs for equipment and property items to ensure guest suites and the property remain operational
  • Conducts repairs on walls, tiles, and carpeting
  • Identify issues, repair or replace components, conduct testing, and make necessary adjustments
  • Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment, property, and facilities
  • Execute plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks proficiently
  • Utilize an assortment of hand and power tools, electric meters, and materials handling equipment to complete tasks effectively
  • Identify faulty operations and defective materials, promptly reporting them, along with any unusual situations, to the appropriate supervisor
  • Adhere to safety regulations and standards while ensuring cleanliness and organization in work areas
  • Adhere to OSHA Safety and Health regulations, Maintenance Standards Manuals, Common Areas Manuals, In-Suite Standards, and federal/state/local codes.
  • Complete any additional tasks as required or requested

Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: One year experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting and/or HVAC
Other Requirements: Operation of essential equipment including power towels, hand tools, etc.
