- Possess a basic knowledge of mechanics and use of tools, with a willingness to train in all facility environments

- Complete work orders in a timely manner and document appropriately.
- Conduct preventative maintenance activities.
- Maintain the interior and exterior of the facility in a neat and sanitary condition, free from hazards.
- On call as necessary.
- Painting and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems.
