Summary:
The Maintenance Tech is an entry level position that performs routine, preventive maintenance program for entire the physical plant and equipment according to policy and manufacturers' instructions.
Experience/Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma with experience in the maintenance field preferred.
  • Possess a basic knowledge of mechanics and use of tools, with a willingness to train in all facility environments
License or Certification Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proof of good driving record
Responsibilities:
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner and document appropriately.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance activities.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the facility in a neat and sanitary condition, free from hazards.
  • On call as necessary.
  • Painting and carpentry.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems.
