POSITION – Maintenance Supervisor

JOB LOCATION – Sussex, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Contract-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift

STARTING PAY – $20-$25/Hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma or Equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2+ years related experience
 
Responsibilities

  • Support operations of C02 and fiber optic laser equipment including head and mirror repair/replacement, programming, fixture setup and code writing

  • Perform maintenance of electrical systems including relay switches and ability to read and understand electrical schematics

  • Perform all maintenance duties on hydraulic and mechanical presses ranging from 95 to 850 tons

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties.

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on schedule with appropriate record keeping.

 
Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical press systems and machine controls.

  • Knowledge of fiber optic and C02 laser machines

  • Strong electrical skills (110v, 220v, 480v)
