Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with a manufacturing company in Shelbyville, IN that's looking to hire on a FIRST SHIFT Maintenance Supervisor. We're looking for candidates with maintenance experience in manufacturing/heavy industrial settings. Please read below.
DIRECT HIRE
LOCATION : Shelbyville, IN
SHIFT : First shift, 6:45A-3:00P, Monday-Friday.
PAY : $38-$42/hour + performance bonus of $1-$2K per week.
BENEFITS : 401k match, dental, health, vision, every 5 years each person gets 5 shares of stock. They also have profit sharing!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5 direct reports, including 4 mechanics and 1 electrician.
- Handle both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, troubleshooting PLCs, wiring up 480V motors, and diagnosing equipment issues.
- Train maintenance team members on proper processes, focusing on safety and quality.
- Direct, plan, and organize work activities for the maintenance department.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Maintenance Leadership position.
- Experience working within a heavy industrial manufacturing setting.
- Ability to troubleshoot/edit PLC systems, wire motors up to 480V, and read schematics.
- Strong mechanical & electrical background.
