  • Administer budgets, monitor expenditures, and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee the entire work order lifecycle and track performance metrics.
  • Manage maintenance contracts and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
  • Generate and provide reports to management on inventory, KPIs, and project status.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
  • Specialized training in maintenance preferred.
  • Experience with CMMS (Maximo preferred) and contractor management.
  • Strong budgeting and report generation skills.
  • Previous experience in parts room management.
