Secures equipment and oversees installation of new and improved equipment and systems for the enhanced profitability of this Division.</span></p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><p><h1 style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;text-decoration:underline;"><u><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Job Duties/Responsibilities:</span></u></h1><ul><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Maintains the hardware and software for electrical and electronic control systems to ensure production equipment up-time is optimized and provides trouble shooting services.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Assists Maintenance electricians </span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">to learn the new equipment and operations as well as the establishment of spare parts and materials</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">The technician is on call seven days a week except when on vacation for emergency break downs.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Identifies</span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"> new electronic systems in the marketplace, recommends purchase, and oversees the installation and startup of the new systems.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Provides</span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"> </span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">support to the engineering department members to ensure the proper exchange of data and information for a successful operating system.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">The technician will promote and demonstrate activities such as meeting the NFP 70 safety standards and development of employee safety programs.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Promotes lean, quality;
