<ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>$1,000 Sign On Bonus</li> <li>Starting Pay: $24/hr</li> <li>Shift differential</li> <li>Shift: 5:00pm to 3:30am Monday - Thursday</li> </ul> <p>The Machine Operator 3 is responsible to help all areas of the production lines as needed and ensuring there are sufficient materials for production.</p> <p><em><strong>Position Specific Responsibilities:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Continually perform quality checks utilizing various gauges, particularly scales and crip gauges, recording/reporting results as required.</li> <li>Complete appropriate valve placement, keeping pace with production; utilizing machinery or manual placement as appropriate (with assistance).</li> <li>Monitor all machinery, including applicable hoppers, for safe, quality and efficient production.</li> <li>Assist in competing change overs of the filling area.</li> <li>Complete production paperwork in an accurate and timely matter, to communicate with team and management.</li> <li>Ensure each can receives product fill weights within tolerances indicated by production instructions.</li> <li>Verify correct components are utilized in production.</li> <li>Perform all daily periodic maintenance task on fill area equipment.</li> <li>Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol and SOP's.</li> <li>Verifying component codes against work orders.</li> <li>Acquiring enough components to last until the next break or end of the production run.</li> <li>Making sure all partial boxes or pallets of components are used first during a run.</li> <li>Preparing the area for new production by first removing all incorrect components before the new are delivered.</li> <li>Requesting additional components from the material handlers before they are required for production.</li> <li>Keeping the Domer and Tipper full and operating properly.</li> <li>Operating the lines at maximum performance, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are maintained.</li> <li>Reporting any and all safety hazards, violations and procedural problems to team leaders.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>PLZ Corp offers a robust suite of benefits including:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><em><strong>We promote from within/opportunity for advancement.</strong></em></li> <li><em><strong>Medical, Dental & Vision benefits.</strong></em></li> <li><em><strong>Company paid Life and Short-Term disability.</strong></em></li> <li><em><strong>Voluntary benefits including additional life, disability, and hospital/accident insurance.</strong></em></li> <li><em><strong>401k & company provided match.</strong></em></li> <li><em><strong>Paid Time Off</strong></em></li> <li><em><strong>Bonus incentive programs (Note, bonuses are subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.)</strong></em></li> </ul> <p>Benefits start first of the month following 30 days<strong></strong><em><strong>.</strong></em></p> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
