If you're passionate about patient well-being and want to contribute to a positive healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume to Jacob at jmaybrier@judge.com!</b> <br> <b> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b> <br> <ul> <li>Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with RNs to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of patients.</li> <li>Assist with the nursing process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients.</li> <li>Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.</li> <li>Demonstrate accountability for the quality of your own nursing practice.</li> <li>Perform a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.</li> <li>Accurately observe and collect patient data.</li> <li>Perform IV therapy or venous blood draws.</li> <li>Communicate patient findings appropriately to the RN.</li> <li>Contribute to and suggest resources in the formation and revision of the Plan of Care (POC) with patients and significant others.</li> <li>Assist RN in developing discharge plans of care.</li> <li>Organize time and priorities effectively.</li> <li>Differentiate priority of risk and urgency.</li> <li>Use critical thinking to implement the plan of care.</li> <li>Communicate the plan of care to patients and significant others, documenting patient outcomes.</li> <li>Direct staff in the implementation of the plan of care.</li> <li>Practice nursing in accordance with appropriate guidelines.</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and assist the team in revising the plan of care.</li> <li>Be accountable for the nursing process and respond to Quality Improvement (QI) monitoring.</li> <li>Attend staff meetings, including training sessions.</li> <li>Attain 10 CEUs (Continuing Education Units).</li></ul> <b> <strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></b> <br> <ul> <li>Minimum of <strong>two years of recent LPN experience</strong> preferred.</li> <li>High School Diploma/GED required.</li> <li>Current State LPN license.</li></ul> <b> <strong>Float Requirements:</strong></b> <br> <ul> <li>Floating may be required to any location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location </li> <li>Float assignments may include duties outside of the original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with policy.</li></ul> <b> <strong>Benefits:</strong></b> <br> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation package.</li> <li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li> <li>Recognition for outstanding performance.</li> <li>Paid continuing education.</li></ul> <b> <strong>How to Apply:</strong></b> <br> <br>Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter to Jacob at jmaybrier@judge.com<br> <br>We look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to our team!<br> <br>Thank You,<br> <br>Jacob<br> <ul> </ul> <b>Contact:</b> jmaybrier@judge.com<br> <br>This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
