Wage Scale $25.00 to $30.00 Hibbard's Skilled Nursing &Rehabilitation Center makes available an every weekend scheduling option to LPN'snewly hired in the Nursing department on a limited basis. Employees must make acommitment to enroll in the program for twenty-six (26) consecutive weekends(six months). During this period, the employee will be scheduled to work aminimum of three (3) twelve (12) hour shifts per weekend. For the purpose of defining thisprogram, the "weekend" begins on Friday at 6:30am and ends on Monday evening at7:00pm. We are looking for a compassionateLPN with an ability to remain calm under pressure. The LPN will be responsiblefor monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors andnurses. To be successful as an LPN youshould be able to take direction and work well in stressful situations. A goodLPN has great observational skills and empathy for patients while remainingprofessional.
