EPC firm located in Sandy Springs, GA is looking for an Office Administrator to manage daily operations, oversee facility management, and support HR functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, process optimization, and team leadership. Professional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. A bachelor's degree and 14+ years of related experience is preferred or an associate's degree and 16 years of related experience is required. The position requires maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in business processes.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to meet project deadlines.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing or business development initiatives.
