Job Description

Summary
  • Deliver patient-focused rooming for various types of clinic visits.
  • Communicate results and other relevant medical information to patients and providers.
  • Ensure the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and on time.
Schedule
  • Fulltime position - Working 64 hours every two weeks | Onsite
  • Daytime shifts between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM
Pay and Benefits
  • $19.66 or more per hour for LPNs and $18.62 or more per hour for Medical Assistants. Pay determined by experience.
  • $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (MA) hiring bonus and $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
  • Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
OR
Medical Assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
  • National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
  • Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
  • Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

Hiring bonus requirements: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Redwood Falls, MN and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
