Sign on bonus eligible What You Can Expect: A schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Triage of referrals, including to lab and rehab partners Prior authorization processing and tracking Coordinating with pharmacies and families for medication refills Assisting with rooming of patients for clinic visits with physicians and nurse practitioners Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare operations Qualifications: Education Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program Certifications Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross Current Licensed Practical Nuse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice What’s in it for you At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
