* Receives and transcribes physician order to client charts.
* Chart nursing notes in an informative and descriptive manner reflecting the care provided and the response to that care.
* Participate in report at shift change.
* Complete scheduled weekly updates.

* Maintain compliance with the Minnesota Department of Health regulations.

Lake Shore, our men's residential treatment facility in Mahtomedi, MN is looking for a hard-working LPN to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a unique nursing position helping people through their recovery from substance abuse. Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs as a licensed care giver and assumes responsibility and accountability for clients well being.
