Starting Pay Rate: $27.50 - $30.50 / hour
Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking an LPN to join their team and play a vital role in providing quality care to residents. We value nurses who foster strong team dynamics, connect with residents, and demonstrate critical thinking skills. As an LPN, you will form relationships with residents and their families, devise care plans, coach co-workers, oversee physician orders, monitor medications, and educate residents and families. This role offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
Shifts:
12-hour shifts with some 8-hour shifts available (days, evenings, overnight)
- 7:00am - 7:00pm
- 7:00pm - 7:00am
