We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN-ACUTE Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our High Intensity Care Unit (HICU).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure the needs of patients are met.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills and a general understanding of nursing principles to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree in nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using medical equipment such as IV pumps and EKG machines.
