Project Executive
to join their team. As a Project Executive, you will be part of the Sales and Project Management Teams, supporting Construction, Tenant Improvement, and Retrofit projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 yrs. experience in HVAC and Sales and a proven track record in HVAC project management which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Executive Location: San Jose, California Pay Range: $160k - $180K +commission and bonus. Whats the Job? Develop solid business relationships with clients to ensure future work.
Overall financial accountability and responsibility for all projects and team members.
Provide supervision, leadership, and coordination of all departmental efforts including Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction and Service during project construction in a timely manner.
Perform all functions required to promote and finalize sales including estimating, conceptual design, proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiations and review.
Maintain cordial relationships with all clients, vendors, subcontractors and the industry.
Whats Needed? 5+ years' experience managing HVAC construction projects.
5+ years' experience in sales, estimating, design and management of projects from $50K - $25+ million.
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required.
A proven track record in HVAC project management.
Strong presentation skills, oral/written communication, time management and organizational skills.
