Off Market Properties :
Identify and evaluate off-market properties that align with Pacifico Power's objectives.

Negotiation and Contract Drafting :
Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners to achieve favorable outcomes.
Draft letters of intent, lease agreements, purchase contracts, and option to lease/purchase contracts in accordance with legal standards.
Collaboration with Out-of-State Brokers :
Utilize an extensive network of referrals to collaborate with out-of-state brokers.
Facilitate communication and coordination between Pacifico Power and brokers to streamline the acquisition process.
