We are looking for someone that can manage themselves and their own time. Flat commission rate on everything you sell that is teired the more you sell.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:
Knowledge in the following: Kitchen and bath remodeling, finished basements, additions, sunrooms and decks, interior trim work, custom built-ins
Sales experience in home remodeling industry
Ability to generate customer leads
Run appointments
Produce customer sales estimates and contracts
Interact with project managers and suppliers
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Work area is throughout Northern Virginia and will require reliable transportation. Sales Representatives will be able to work from home when not in the field.
