Local Contract EEG Technologist - $59-60 per hour

Talent4Health is seeking a local contract EEG Technologist for a local contract job in Syracuse, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: EEG Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 10/21/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 38 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract 1 years of experience is required. Shift- Night (11pm - 7:30am) Required: Registered EEG T, BLS/CPR certified. SKILLS: Advanced computer, communication and critical thinking skills. Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance. Will perform routing EEGs in accordance with established ASET guidelines on patients ranging from neo-natal to geriatric in outpatient and inpatient setting. Enters raw data and prepares data for physician review, measures and applies electrodes for adult and pediatric patients; descriptive analysis of EEG waveforms and patterns observed. Maintains equipment, stocks acquisition stations, reports malfunctions, and records in equipment log and book.
