<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Credit Bureau reporting to ensure compliance with the <em>Fair Credit Reporting Act</em> (FCRA) and other regulatory requirements:</span> <ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Acquire knowledge of the Consumer Data Industry Association guidelines for accurate credit reporting of loan accounts.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Research and respond to <strong><em>Automated Consumer Dispute Verifications</em></strong> (ACDV)</span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:arial, sans-serif;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">prior to the <strong>FCRA Response Due Date</strong> (Indirect disputes received from Credit Bureaus on behalf of Consumers).</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Research and resolve disputes from Customers in a timely manner (Direct disputes both written and verbal).</span></li></ul> </li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Reconciliation of various credit reporting exception lists:</span> <ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Experian Credit Bureau’s Metric Report.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Core system’s <strong><em>Credit Bureau Summary Report Exception List.</em></strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Ad hoc reports created to identify accounts with reporting code and/or amount discrepancies.</span></li></ul> </li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Interpret and analyze loan documentation to ensure proper recordation on Core Application system. This includes (but is not limited to):</span> <ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Borrower(s) relationship to account.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Interest Rates.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Billing Schedules.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'courier new';"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">All other Terms as stated in loan documentation.</span></li></ul> </li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Provide excellent customer service taking necessary actions for problem resolution.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Assist with research of accounts which do not require credit reporting updates.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Review loan payment histories to ensure accurate application of payments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Convert loan payment histories to Excel spreadsheet to verify accurate Core system allocation of all funds received.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Determine when a Customer “inquiry” for information may need to be reported as a “complaint” and follow-thru with Loan Credit Bureau/Research Analyst II or Supervisor to resolve the issue.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Work with various departments within the bank (ex: Legal, Loan Review, Collections, etc) to obtain information as needed.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Provide training as needed within Loan Operations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Perform other duties within the department as assigned.</span></li></ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Position normally requires a Degree in Business Finance/Accounting or at least a minimum of five years’ experience with bank loan core processing system.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Excellent communication and organizational skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Knowledge of a variety of subjects, such as: finance, business law, information technology, etc.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">General banking knowledge.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Intermediate skill level with Excel and Word software.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Self-starter and self-motivated.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:symbol;"> </span><span
