About the Role
We are seeking Pediatric Home Care Nurses to provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes. At our company, you will have the autonomy to make a real difference in your clients' lives and establish deep bonds with the families you care for.

Responsibilities:
- Medication administration per physician orders
- Physician ordered treatments such as nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, and ventilation care
Requirements:
- Current, active RN or LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card obtained in-person
- Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent preferred
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training
